The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The results will be reviewed and approved on both a Standalone and Consolidated basis.
In continuation of a previous communication dated June 25, 2026, the company confirms that the Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed until July 26, 2026. The closure had initially commenced on Wednesday, July 01, 2026, and is being extended for 48 hours after the public announcement of the financial results.
