BITS Limited has intimated BSE Limited about an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors scheduled for Friday, November 13, 2026. The meeting will be held to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The results will be reviewed on both standalone and consolidated basis.
In continuation of the company's previous communication dated September 22, 2026, the trading window closure period remains in effect. The window was closed starting from Thursday, October 1, 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Specifically, the trading window will remain closed until November 15, 2026.
