Black Box Acquires Brazil's 2S Tecnologias for LATAM Expansion

Black Box Limited completed the acquisition of Brazilian tech firm 2S Inovações Tecnológicas S.A., effective May 1, 2026.
The acquisition strengthens Black Box's LATAM presence in data center networking, cybersecurity, and managed infrastructure services.
The transaction is expected to contribute approximately Rs. 500 crores in annualized revenues to Black Box's global operations.
CEO Sanjeev Verma stated the move supports the company's goal of achieving US$2 billion in annual revenues by 2030.
