BlackBuck Limited has successfully incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company named "BlackBuck Transport Services Private Limited" in India. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs granted approval for the incorporation on September 24, 2026.
This action follows the Board of Directors' approval for the subsidiary's incorporation, which was previously intimated to the exchanges on September 11, 2026. The company had previously submitted all necessary disclosure details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and Master SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
