Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust raised $1.75 billion by selling 87.5 million shares at $20 each in its NY IPO.
Shares opened flat at $20 but fell to $19.72, a 2% decline during the debut trading session.
The trust aims to acquire new data centers worth $250 million to $1.5 billion, targeting hyperscale tenants in five U.S. markets.
It has identified roughly $25 billion of near‑term acquisition opportunities across established data markets.
