BLS E-Services has amended its binding offer to acquire 100% equity of Atyati Technologies Private Limited, extending the deadline to April 30, 2026.
The original acquisition announcement was made on February 16, 2026, with a completion target of March 31, 2026.
Completion remains subject to lender/bank approvals, regulatory clearances, and execution of Share Purchase/Framework Agreements.
