The Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved the E-form STK-2 for Reired BLS, changing its status to 'Approved' as of 2:36 PM on May 11, 2026.
The subsidiary will be formally closed and struck off from the official records effective May 11, 2026, as per the MCA notification.
