BLT Logistics Registers UAE Wholly Owned Subsidiary

BLT Logistics Limited incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, BLT International Logistics FZ-LLC, in RAKEZ Free Zone, Dubai, UAE on March 31, 2026.
The subsidiary was capitalized at AED 5,00,000 divided into 500 shares of AED 1,000 each, with 100% shareholding held by BLT Logistics Limited.
The subsidiary is yet to commence business operations and will operate in the consultancy services sector.
Disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, pursuant to an earlier intimation dated February 11, 2026.
