Programme Overview
The company has a USD 150 million programme with SpaceX International Ltd, Labuan spanning three sectors:
- AI Infrastructure and Data Centre: USD 100 million (two-thirds of programme)
- Cybersecurity: USD 25 million (one-sixth of programme)
- Telecommunications: USD 25 million (one-sixth of programme)
Delivery commenced on 24 August 2026. The engagement is executed through the company's US subsidiary, Blue Cloud USA.
Quarterly Progress (Quarter ended 30 September 2026)
- Completed the architecture phase of the programme
- Delivered work valued at approximately ₹25 crore
- Engineering teams now building on finalized solution architecture
- Next quarter work (October to December 2026) has commenced as planned with no gap between phases
Management Commentary
Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman, stated: "Within weeks of starting, we have completed the architecture for a programme that spans AI infrastructure and data centres, cybersecurity and telecommunications, delivered about ₹25 crore of work, and begun the next quarter on the date we promised."
Forward Outlook
With architecture completed, focus shifts to scaling build and deployment across the three sectors. The company will continue investing in engineering capacity, delivery leadership and security assurance to maintain programme schedule.
