Key Development
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has received formal confirmation from Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), an autonomous society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, confirming the Company's association as Industry Partner for the IndiaAI Centre of Excellence (AI-CoE) to be established at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Approval Status
The proposal for establishment of the AI-CoE, Odisha, recommended by the Government of Odisha, has received in-principle approval from MeitY, Government of India.
Financial Commitment
The Company has committed a financial contribution of Rs. 4 crore towards development of the Centre.
Role and Responsibilities
As Industry Partner, Blue Cloud will provide:
- Industry leadership
- Mentorship
- Strategic support to emerging AI startups
- Access to its existing platforms: BluHealth (healthcare), Blura SAGA and SOCEYE (public safety and governance), and Access Genie sovereign AI and 5G digital infrastructure stack
- Engineering talent and expertise
- Enterprise and government customer network for deployment of solutions

Infrastructure

Program Context
The Centre is being developed under the IndiaAI Mission, the Government of India's national programme administered by MeitY to build sovereign AI compute infrastructure and broad-based AI innovation ecosystem.
Next Steps
The Company has been requested to initiate the process for execution of a definitive Memorandum of Understanding with STPI. Further updates will be provided as material developments occur.
