Blue Star Limited declared postal ballot results on March 31, 2026 for three management appointment resolutions via remote e-voting.
All three resolutions passed with over 99% approval: MD re-appointment of B Thiagarajan, ED appointment of Mohit Sud, and Independent Director appointment of M S Unnikrishnan.
Total voter turnout was 77.20% of outstanding shares (15.87 crore votes polled out of 20.56 crore total shares).
