Acquisition Completion
Bluspring New Horizon Two Private Limited (BNHTPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bluspring Enterprises Limited, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the paid-up share capital of LSG Sky Chefs (India) Private Limited (LSG) from Airline Catering and Retail Invest Asia Pacific Limited (Seller 1) and Alfred Anton Rigler (Seller 2).
The acquisition was completed on August 6, 2026, after satisfactory closure of all condition precedents (CPs) envisaged in the Share Purchase Agreement dated April 13, 2026.
Corporate Structure Impact
With effect from August 06, 2026, LSG Sky Chefs (India) Private Limited has become a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Bluspring Enterprises Limited.
