Bluspring Enterprises Establishes UAE Subsidiary

Bluspring Enterprises incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Bluspring Middle East Contracting, in Abu Dhabi on April 3, 2026.
The new subsidiary will operate in the industrial, telecom, and infrastructure maintenance and services sector in the UAE.
The subsidiary has an authorized capital of AED 300,000 and is 100% owned by the parent company.
No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation of this wholly-owned subsidiary.
