This appointment fills the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Prateek Bhansali. Mr. Gupta has affirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of CS & Compliance Officer by virtue of any order of SEBI or any such authority.
Resignation: Mr. Prateek Bhansali has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on July 10, 2026. The resignation was due to pre-occupation/personal reasons as stated in his resignation letter dated July 10, 2026.
