Key Management Change

Mr. Vikram Kapur, who was serving as the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer (CFO & CS) of the company, has been relieved from his additional responsibility of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer. This change is effective from the close of business hours on July 31, 2026, as per his request via a letter dated July 31, 2026. Mr. Kapur will continue to serve in his capacity as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company.

The company has placed on record its appreciation for the services rendered by Mr. Kapur in his former dual role.

Future Appointment

A separate person will be identified and appointed to the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in due course.

Board Approval

The relieving letter is to be placed before the Board of Directors in an upcoming Board meeting for its noting, in accordance with the regulations.
