Appointment Terms
The appointment is subject to the approval of Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The term is for 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the ensuing AGM until the conclusion of the 37th AGM of the Company to be held in the financial year 2030-31. The audit period will cover financial years from 2026-27 to 2030-31.
