BMW Ventures Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY2027).
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed since July 1, 2026, for all designated persons of the company. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are declared to the stock exchanges.
