BNR Udyog 32nd AGM Book Closure Dates

BNR Udyog Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange regarding the book closure and cutoff dates for its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 10th July 2026 to 16th July 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM.

The 32nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 16th July 2026 at 11:00 AM through Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means.

Additionally, 9th July 2026 has been fixed as the cutoff date for e-voting in connection with the 32nd Annual General Meeting.
