Bodhi Tree Acquires 50.01% Stake in MISPL

Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited completed acquisition of 50.01% equity stake in Moving Image Studios Private Limited for Rs. 7 crore.
The acquisition comprised 10,004 equity shares at Rs. 10 face value plus Rs. 6,988.60 premium per share, making MISPL a subsidiary.
An additional investment of Rs. 6 crore via convertible instruments is in process; transaction classified as strategic and not a related-party deal.
