The project offers 3 to 5-bedroom residences ranging from 1,283 sq. ft. to 2,994 sq. ft., priced from ₹5.75 crore onwards.
THREE ICC is part of the Island City Center development, positioned as an integrated luxury residential enclave in central Mumbai.
The launch was announced through a regulatory filing under SEBI Listing Regulations, with comments from company leadership.
