Annual General Meeting Details

The 65th Annual General Meeting of Members of Bombay Oxygen Investments Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 25th August, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing facility/Other Audio Visual Means without physical presence of members. This format is in compliance with General Circular Nos. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020, 03/2025 dated 22nd September, 2025, and other relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
