13. Appointment of Independent Director: Reappointment of Mrs. Richa Kaushal Mashru (DIN: 09302729) as an Independent Director for a second term of five years from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2031.
All related party transactions are required to be conducted on an arm's length basis and in the ordinary course of business. The Board is authorized to delegate powers to committees or officers to implement these resolutions.
Voting Process and Methods
The company provides remote e-voting facility through:
- CDSL and NSDL systems for demat shareholders
- CDSL e-voting system for physical shareholders and non-individual shareholders
