Bondada Engineering Limited incorporated BONDADA DINESH SPV PRIVATE LIMITED as a wholly-owned subsidiary on March 26, 2026.
The SPV, with paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000, was formed to execute a MAHAGENCO-awarded project in a consortium with Dinesh Engineers Limited.
Bondada Engineering holds 51% stake in the SPV; the entity is registered in Hyderabad and is yet to commence operations.
