Borana Weaves Board Approves Q2 FY27 Results, Expansion

Borana Weaves Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about a scheduled meeting of its Board of Directors. The meeting will be held on Monday, 02nd November, 2026, at the Registered Office of the Company.

The Board will consider and transact the following businesses:

• Un-Audited Financial Results: To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026.

• Expansion Project at Unit 4: To consider and approve the installation of additional 192 Water Jet (WJ) Looms, along with necessary ancillary machinery at Unit 4. The project targets commercial production by March, 2027.

• Any Other Business: To discuss any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
