Bosch Limited announced acquisition of Bosch Chassis Systems India for ₹9,068.70 crore to consolidate mobility solutions and enhance portfolio.
The acquisition is margin accretive, expected to improve pro forma EBITDA margin from 12.8% to 13.9% based on FY25 numbers.
Transaction funded primarily through cash (₹9,060 crore) with minor preferential allotment (₹8.8 crore) to maintain parent skin in the game.
RBIC recorded ₹4,000 crore revenue in FY25 with 19.3% EBITDA margin and strong 17% CAGR growth over FY23-25.
