Bosch Home Comfort Appoints Rishi Mehta Executive Director-Finance & CFO

Bosch Home Comfort India Limited's Board appointed Mr. Rishi Mehta as Executive Director-Finance & CFO effective 1st April, 2026.
Mr. Mehta, a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years experience, will serve a term from 1st April, 2026 to 30th September, 2028.
The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved at the Board meeting held on 24th March, 2026.
