Nature of the Event

The 73rd AGM of BPCL was held on Thursday, 27th August 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (IST) through Video-Conferencing (VC). The meeting was conducted in compliance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Attendees
