BPCL Appoints S. Rengarajan as Head CRPO

BPCL disclosed a senior management change, appointing S. Rengarajan as Head (CRPO) effective 8th May 2026.
The appointment follows the transfer of the previous Head, A. K. Gupta, to Chief General Manager (E&C), MR.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations (Regulation 30) to the stock exchanges.
