BPCL appointed Shri Sanjay Khanna as Chairman & Managing Director effective April 9, 2026, until his superannuation on May 31, 2029.
Khanna was previously Director (Refineries) since February 2022 and had held additional charge as C&MD since May 2025.
The appointment was made via Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas letter dated April 9, 2026, and approved at today's Board Meeting.
Khanna holds 15,050 company shares and is not related to any other directors or key managerial personnel.
