Board Meeting Agenda
The Board meeting will be held to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Both standalone and consolidated financial results will be considered, as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Trading Window Closure
The company confirms that the trading window closure period, which was previously intimated via letter dated June 2, 2026, remains in effect for designated employees/persons (including their immediate relatives). The closure will continue until the expiration of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
