BPTP Limited awarded a construction contract worth approximately INR 488 crore to NCC Limited for the Downtown 66 residential project in Gurugram.
The contract covers civil structure and finishing across about 1,79,302 sq.mtr, including towers and various amenities as per approved project specifications.
