BPTP’s Skynest Wins Landmark High‑Rise Development of the Year
BPTP Limited issued a press release on 23 June 2026 announcing that its Skynest residential project in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, received the “Landmark High‑Rise Development of the Year” award at the ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards 2026. The award recognises excellence, innovation and leadership in India’s real‑estate sector.
Skynest consists of twin towers that rise to an approximate height of 150 metres. The development incorporates green‑building practices, landscaped “sky‑nest” elements at multiple elevations, and a suite of lifestyle and community amenities.
