BPTP Limited Announces Rs 750 crore in Sales for SkyNest Ultra‑Luxury Development

BPTP Limited reported that its SkyNest project, an ultra‑luxury residential development located in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, Haryana, has generated sales of approximately Rs 750 crore. The sales figure reflects the sale of 150 apartments, with an average ticket size of roughly Rs 5 crore per home, indicating strong buyer interest in high‑end housing within the emerging NCR corridor.

Project Features and Design

SkyNest consists of twin residential towers each rising about 150 metres. The towers house 3‑BHK and 4‑BHK units ranging from approximately 3,185 sq ft to 3,856 sq ft. Each floor contains only four residences, and each tower is served by nine high‑speed lifts. A distinctive element of the development is the inclusion of 20 “Sky Nests,” landscaped sky‑level spaces that integrate greenery into vertical living. The development offers more than 82,000 sq ft of amenities and landscaped areas, including swimming pools, wellness and fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor sports zones, dining and social spaces, business lounges, and other lifestyle amenities designed for multi‑generational use.

The architectural, landscape, and interior design of SkyNest have been led by WOW Consultants, Singapore, with a multidisciplinary team of consultants: Matrix (vertical transportation), Optimal (structural engineering), Nulty+ (lighting design), Currie & Brown (quantity surveying), and GreenGineer (green‑building advisory).

SkyNest has been recognised with two industry awards in 2026: ‘Premium High‑Rise Development of the Year’ at the Times Realty & Infrastructure Conclave and ‘Landmark High‑Rise Development of the Year’ at the ET Now Realty Awards and Conclave. These accolades acknowledge the project’s design excellence and its positioning within the luxury residential segment.

Location and Connectivity

The development is situated in Greater Faridabad’s Sector 80 and is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) under registration number HRERA‑PKL‑FBD‑881‑2026. It enjoys connectivity to the Faridabad Bypass Road (DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway) and NH‑44, with additional links to Noida and Ghaziabad via the FNG corridor, supporting the region’s growing residential infrastructure.
