Strategic Significance

The NH-502A corridor runs through southern Mizoram, connecting the Myanmar border with Lawngtlai, described as one of the most remote and strategically significant stretches in India's Northeast. Execution requires establishing local infrastructure including plant, machinery, manpower, camps and logistics in difficult terrain. This operational presence is expected to provide the Company with a durable competitive advantage and position it favorably for future infrastructure works in the India-Myanmar border belt by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO), MoRT&H, PWD and other road agencies.

Financial Impact

The contract value is ₹701.8 Million (approximately USD 84.45 Million). The Company expects 15 to 20% EBITDA margin from this particular project. This five-year engagement is expected to contribute meaningfully to the Company's revenue streams and operational footprint in the Northeast region.
