The contract is for the Collection of User Fees and O&M of Toll Plazas along Bundelkhand Expressway. This includes the deployment of 12 Patrol-cum-Safety Vehicles along with required personnel manning these vehicles.
The total accepted value of the work order is ₹377,54,37,907.50 (Rupees Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Crore Fifty-Four Lakh Thirty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Seven and Fifty Paise only), inclusive of all taxes including GST and service charges. The contract is for a period of two years, which is extendable for a maximum additional period of six months at the discretion of the Authority.

The amount payable after the first year shall escalate at a rate of 10% per annum on a year-on-year basis as per the terms of the RFQ-cum-RFP document and corrigendum issued by the Authority.
The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, and the Promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in UPEIDA.
