Bricks & Milestones, a Bengaluru‑based real estate developer, announced the launch of Solcrest, a new residential development situated off Hennur Road in North Bengaluru, Karnataka. The project spans 9.3 acres and will deliver a total of 796 homes.
Design and Layout
Solcrest is planned with six towers, each rising to 34 floors, and will accommodate four homes per floor. All units are oriented either east or west, featuring a 180° balcony that wraps around the residence, providing two exposed faces, cross‑ventilation through the depth of the home, and eliminating shared corridors beyond three neighbours. The orientation and floor‑plate layout are fixed at the drawing stage and cannot be revised later. Approximately 90% of the site is retained as open and landscaped area.
Unit Mix and Pricing
The development offers 2‑, 3‑, 3.5‑ and 4‑BHK configurations. The 2‑BHK units start at 1,332 sq ft, with prices beginning at Rs 1.48 crore. Possession of the project is scheduled for November 2030.
Amenities and Location Benefits
Residents will have access to a 30,000 sq ft clubhouse, swimming pool, indoor game rooms, co‑working areas, a space for a bistro café, landscaped courtyards and open lawns, all situated within the retained green landscape. The site is located 20 minutes from Manyata Tech Park and 24 km from Kempegowda International Airport. Within an 8 km radius are East Point Hospital, Orchids International School and Bharatiya Mall, while two lakes lie within a 1 km radius of the project.
