Brigade acquires 5.72 acres in Hyderabad for ₹252 crore

Brigade Enterprises acquired 5.72 acres in Osman Nagar, Hyderabad through TGIIC auction at ₹44 crore per acre.
The land purchase totaling ₹252 crore (excluding registration) will be developed into a residential project.
