Brigade Enterprises Limited held its Thirty First Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Sheraton Grand Hotel, 26/1, Dr Rajkumar Road, Malleswaram, Rajajinagar, Bangalore – 560055, Karnataka, India.
Mr. Biswajit Ghosh (Membership No. FCS 8750), Designated Partner of BMP & Co. LLP, Practicing Company Secretaries, was appointed as the scrutinizer for the Remote e-voting and E-voting process ('Instapoll') at the AGM.
