Brigade Allots 28,321 ESOP Shares

Brigade Enterprises' Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved ESOP allotment of 28,321 equity shares.
The company's paid-up share capital increased from ₹244.59 crore to ₹244.62 crore post-allotment.
The ESOP shares were issued under the Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan rolled out in 2022.
