Brigade Belvedere Launch: ₹1,100 Cr Revenue Potential

Brigade Enterprises launched Brigade Belvedere, a residential project on 10.75 acres in East Bengaluru with ₹1,100+ Crore revenue potential.
The initial phase covers two of five planned towers with 773 premium units in 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations ranging 715–2,013 sq. ft.
The project is located on Budigere Main Road, off Old Madras Road, targeting demand near Bengaluru's major IT corridors and commercial hubs.
Brigade has committed to net zero carbon for this project, aligned with its organization-wide Net Zero by 2045 goal.
