Brigade Enterprises Acquires 50% Stake in VREPL

Brigade Enterprises forms 50:50 joint venture in Vibrancy Real Estates Private Limited, a former wholly-owned subsidiary.
Company invests ₹439.75 crore to acquire equity shares, optionally convertible redeemable preference shares in VREPL.
VREPL will develop a 2 million square foot integrated project comprising office space and a hotel.
