Trading Window Closure
In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015:
- Closure Period: The trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares is closed from Friday, 6th November 2026
- Reopening Condition: The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026 to the Stock Exchange
