Brijlaxmi Leasing and Finance Limited has announced that its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 at 12:30 pm. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
