Announcement

Brillio, positioned as "The Enterprise AI Accelerator," announced on August 26, 2026 that it has been awarded two Gold Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® for its AI Native Talent Development program. The awards were granted in the categories Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program and Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy at the 2026 HCM Excellence Awards.

Program Overview

The AI Native Talent Development initiative is a persona‑based capability program designed to move the enterprise workforce from AI awareness to applied, role‑specific proficiency. Rather than relying on generic course completion metrics, the program establishes an operational AI readiness standard. In early 2025, Brillio elevated AI workforce readiness to a top organizational priority and built a capability architecture that maps AI readiness to 40 distinct role‑specific personas covering technical, delivery, sales, leadership, and business functions.

Scale and Delivery

The program was rolled out across approximately 5,500 employees in six countries – India, the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Romania – using a wave‑based approach that allowed iterative improvement. Each persona follows a three‑stage learning journey: (1) conceptual learning, (2) hands‑on practice in pre‑configured AI Virtual Machine environments, and (3) validated assessment. Delivery leveraged a best‑of‑breed technology stack with embedded change‑management principles, and HR Business Partners ensured consistent global adoption while maintaining local relevance.

Measurable Outcomes

Initial results from Wave 1 show close to 5,500 learners engaged, delivering an overall engagement rate of approximately 90 % across the 40 personas and six geographies. The program also established a measurable AI capability baseline for both technical and non‑technical roles, with average AI Native Scores approaching the organizational aspiration of 90 %. These outcomes demonstrate that the model moves beyond traditional upskilling by creating verifiable, role‑specific AI competence.

External Interest

A global financial services institution has approached Brillio to replicate the transformational model within its own workforce, suggesting that Brillio’s internal AI talent framework could serve as a blueprint for external clients seeking AI‑native organizations.

Executive Comments

Sridhar Krishnamurthy, Chief Human Resources Officer at Brillio, stated that the recognition reflects the team’s commitment to building real, applied AI capability across every role and that scaling AI requires people who can apply AI to business processes. Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group™ and HCM Excellence Awards® Program Leader, emphasized that the awards highlight organizations whose HR and learning strategies deliver measurable business results.
