Britannia Industries' Board re-appointed N. Venkataraman as Executive Director & CFO for 4 years from July 30, 2026 to July 29, 2030.
Ramamurthy Jayaraman elevated from General Manager to Vice President – Corporate Finance, effective April 1, 2026.
Both decisions were approved at a Board Meeting held on March 31, 2026, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation.
