Business Core Solutions announced acquisition of voice and conversational AI specialist Techie2Pillar to strengthen its Agentic Service as a Software (ASaaS) offerings.
The deal integrates Techie2Pillar into BCS’s portfolio and creates Proxyn.ai, a sister company to deliver production‑ready, agent‑driven workflows.
BCS now leverages over 400 ready‑to‑deploy agent blueprints refined across 60+ enterprise environments, enhancing scalable AI execution.
CTO Prakash Palani said the deal reduces risk and speeds AI deployment; Techie2Pillar CTO Bharanish praised the partnership’s business impact.
