Amplify holds 6,039,111 shares via its Amplify Blockchain Technology ETF, reported in a Schedule 13G filing dated March 31.
The filing states Amplify has sole voting power, acquired shares in the ordinary course, and has no intent to influence control.
Bed Bath & Beyond, formerly Beyond Inc and Overstock.com, is an online retailer that acquired IP assets from the bankrupt retailer.
