California Software Company Limited has intimated the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about its upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility. The meeting will transact both Ordinary and Special Business as outlined in the Notice convening the 34th AGM, which is dated September 29, 2026, and attached to this intimation.
Additionally, pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company will provide the facility for remote e-voting. The remote e-voting period will commence on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 09:00 AM IST and end on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM IST. The voting rights of members will be reckoned based on the number of equity shares held as of the cut-off date, which is September 22, 2026.
