Overview
Camel Group Co.,Ltd. presented an expanded portfolio of low‑voltage lead‑acid, lithium‑ion and sodium‑ion batteries, together with new light‑electric‑vehicle (LEV) battery solutions, at the opening of the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) in Guangzhou on 15 October 2026. Phase 1 of the fair was themed “Advanced Manufacturing” and also commemorated the fair’s 70th anniversary.
Product Portfolio Highlights
- Automotive low‑voltage lead‑acid range – SLI, EFB and AGM batteries were displayed for vehicle starting, auxiliary power and engine‑off power, complemented by low‑voltage lithium‑ion and sodium‑ion offerings.
- LEV battery additions – New products for electric two‑ and three‑wheelers, low‑speed four‑wheelers and golf carts were introduced, targeting varied requirements for range, payload, cycle life and total cost of ownership.
- Lithium‑ion LEV batteries – Built on 64 V and 76.8 V platforms, capacities range from 20 Ah to 206 Ah. Cells use lithium‑iron‑phosphate (LFP) chemistry and are managed by an intelligent battery‑management system (BMS). Applications cited include daily commuting, last‑mile delivery, cargo transport, and construction or utility vehicles.
- Lead‑acid LEV batteries – Offered on 6 V, 8 V and 12 V platforms with capacities from 13.3 Ah to 150 Ah, delivering reliable performance and deep‑cycle life across different duty cycles.
- Low‑voltage lithium‑ion portfolio – Covers 12 V to 48 V architectures, supporting vehicle starting, auxiliary and backup power, commercial‑vehicle parking air‑conditioning, and 48 V electrical systems.
- Sodium‑ion development – A 12 V sodium‑ion battery is currently part of a pre‑development project with a European automotive manufacturer, with technical development and validation work scheduled to follow.
