The notice for the AGM was dated May 26, 2026. The Chairman confirmed there were no qualifications or adverse remarks in the Statutory Auditor's report.

1. Remote e-voting: The facility was open from Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. (IST) to Monday, August 10, 2026 at 05:00 P.M. (IST).
2. E-voting at the AGM: A facility was provided for shareholders attending the meeting via VC/OAVM who had not voted via remote e-voting. This was available throughout the meeting and for an additional 15 minutes after its conclusion.
